As experienced florist artists, we work with clients near and far to create truly unique, memorable moments for events of all kinds. Here are some of the questions we get ALL the time, with easy to find answers for you!

01. HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK MY EVENT OR WEDDING FLORIST?

We recommend booking your wedding with us a minimum of 6-12 months before the date as we only accept one wedding per weekend and our weekends can get booked up quickly. That being said, we shine on projects with short notice. Get in touch today!

02. HOW CAN I SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION?

The first step is to fill out our inquiry form! Once we receive it we'll be back in touch shortly. We'll confirm for you whether we are available on this date and get more details from you.

03. IS THERE A MINIMUM BUDGET OR SPEND FOR EVENT FLOWERS?

The minimum for our Bespoke Wedding flower services is $5000, but most of our couples invest $7000-$10,000 in the flowers for their wedding day.

04. ARE SOME FLOWERS ONLY AVAILABLE DURING SOME MONTHS OF THE YEAR?

Yes, we are at the mercy of Mother Nature, and weather conditions have a significant impact on the availability of flowers. 

For example, Peonies are only available for a few weeks in mid-Spring (most often April) but the specific availability often changes from year to year, depending on how cold the winter has been and how wet the early weeks of spring are. 

We encourage flexibility when planning your event on specific flower types.

05. DO YOU OFFER WEDDING PACKAGES?

One size does not fit all.

We prefer to best serve our clients through a 1:1 custom floral design process that is tailored to your unique story.

06. DO YOU OFFER RENTAL ITEMS OR DO I NEED TO SUPPLY MY OWN VASES?

When we work on your event, pricing for all needed supplies, vases, arch structures, etc. are included. We don't rent out things separately. Sorry!

07. HOW MUCH DO EVENT OR WEDDING FLOWERS USUALLY COST?

There are a lot of variabilities when it comes to wedding or event flower costs, but most of our clients invest between $5000 – $7000 with us for flowers. 

We suggest making florals 10-15% of your total wedding or event budget. If you want florals to be a significant component of the day, though, we recommend allocating more, making florals closer to 25%-30% of your total budget. 

08. WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

The question is, where are you located!

We are based in Nashville, Tennessee, but the majority of our discerning clientele are located in destinations elsewhere - across the U.S. and around the world.

09. DO I NEED A THEME OR VISION FOR MY DAY?

No, not at all!

We don't ever mind if you do a little research about the types of flowers and designs you like, though – everyone’s tastes are different and there are hundreds of options. One or two inspiration photos can point us in the right direction, but you definitely don’t need to have thought through every detail. As experienced luxury event florists, that's exactly what we're here for! 

10. WILL YOU BE THE ONE DELIVERING MY FLOWERS ON THE DAY?

Absolutely!

We’ll deliver all your flowers personally on the day of your event. We’ll coordinate the time and location with you during the planning process. If for some reason, I am needed at a different location for your event at the exact time your personal flowers need to be delivered, a trusted member of my team will deliver instead!

Basically, don't worry, we've got it all sorted out for you!

11. CAN YOU RECREATE THIS FLORAL DESIGN I FOUND ON PINTEREST?

Yes...but no.

Finding inspiration online is a great way to start your creative process, but it's important to allow your florist some creative freedom. Originality that has been catered to your preferences is always better than simply copying another florist's design - hands down. ⁣

You've decided to work with us because of our signature aesthetic and style. So we always recommend letting go of the Pinterest boards and trusting us with care of your floral vision for the day.

Don't worry! We'll sit down several times throughout the planning process so you feel confident that we are understanding and interpreting your vision properly.

We want to tell your story, not copy someone else's.⁣ It’s when clients trust us to carry out their vision that our best and most special work happens.

12. WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW WHAT I WANT...AT ALL?

You don't need to know all the names of flowers to be able to have a great relationship with the floral stylist or designer that you hire for your event. All you have to do is communicate well! ⁣

It's our job as floral designers to unlock your vision from your brain and get it onto the drawing board. We’re going to get to know your personal style and story... and use that to create stunning flowers for your event. Even if you know absolutely nothing about flowers.

13. DO YOU DO EVENT OR WEDDING FLOWERS IN MY CITY?

We currently offer our services as event florists and wedding florists in NYC, London, Seoul and Nashville. Get in touch if you don't see your location here though!! We LOVE traveling for work.

14. WHY DO FLORISTS OVERCHARGE FOR WEDDING FLOWERS?

The quick answer is: WE DON'T!

There’s a common misconception out there that florists "overcharge" for weddings. Truth is, florists in general (us included) use industry-standard pricing.

Special event florals require a lot more attention to detail and coordination than can be seen from the outside looking in. From sourcing product, design conception, project management and all the literal hands-on aspects of the week of an event (including simply keeping the flowers alive, healthy and fresh), it is a full time job.
