Our Flower Promise
Photos are non-contractual. All sales are final.
The flowers of our producers vary according to arrivals and seasons. The signature of an East Nashville Flower Shop by Foliage bouquet is that no two arrangements are ever the same so each and every bouquet is bespoke and truly unique. The picture shows an example of our bouquet containing seasonal flowers similar in colour, texture and vibrancy.
Our pricing begins at $150, as we best serve our clients when we make florals that are large and lovely. Pricing is always based on the traditional floral pricing equations, prices at the flower markets and the amount of labor it takes to create something stunning for you!
Returns & Refunds
If you are ordering flowers for someone else, be sure you are choosing something they would like — style preferences are not grounds for replacement arrangements.
As the purchaser of items, the purchaser agrees that all sales are final. As flowers are a perishable item, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances: If you are not 100% satisfied with your flower order, call us or email within 48 hours and we’ll be happy to supply you with a replacement bouquet of the same value. As items are perishable, we do not issue refunds. Replacement orders are accepted on a “quality” basis only — issues of “not liking” the arrangement are not grounds for a return.
- Quality Issue Examples:
- Dead Flowers or Greenery
- No water with flowers when they arrive (either a vase or a water pouch)
- Broken/bent stems from delivery damage
Taxes are based on most current rates of our store location.
Please note that all prices are presented in USD unless otherwise noted.
Flowers in “buds” for best value. In most cases we will deliver your flowers still in the bud. This means you are getting the freshest stock with the most life ahead of them. They will most likely still be closed up, and with time they will open up beautifully!
How should I maintain my flowers?
As flowers are perishable, you must water them, otherwise they will not last long. It is the recipient’s responsibility to re-cut and water the arrangement. Upon receipt, cut the stems about 1" with secateurs and put them directly in the water in your vase. Change the water every two days, taking care to cut the stems each time.
